Fondation Bemberg
Stepping into the Hôtel d'Assézat means discovering an exceptional Renaissance building in the heart of the Esquirol district. But that's not all! It is also an opportunity to discover the complete collection of Georges Bemberg, who, driven by his passion for art, brought together paintings, furniture, sculptures and decorative objects of remarkable quality and diversity.
Musée des Abattoirs
Following the architectural transformation of Toulouse's former slaughterhouses, this building, with its simple, rationalist design, has become home to a contemporary art museum. After admiring the various artworks displayed in the garden, visitors can explore the latest exhibitions and enjoy new visual experiences through the works of different artists.
Centre Méridional de l'Architecture et de la Ville (CMAV)
The CMAV invites visitors to discover what makes Toulouse's urban landscape so distinctive and to better understand the challenges of urban development. It also explores the movements shaping the city and the social and societal issues they raise. This is precisely the centre's mission, pursued through its exhibitions, conferences and public debates.
La Galerie du Château d'eau
La Galerie du Château d'Eau is, first and foremost, a remarkable historic landmark. Built by Jean Abadie and Jean-Antoine Raynaud, the water tower supplied 90 fountains between 1823 and 1870. It is also an internationally recognised exhibition space, founded by French photographer Jean Dieuzaide. As France's oldest public institution dedicated exclusively to photography, La Galerie du Château d'Eau presents around ten exhibitions each year, offering visitors an opportunity to discover the art of photography in a unique historic setting.
